ORDERS:
All items are sent in a chocolate brown anti-tarnish pouch inside a matching brown jewelry box. Most items will ship out in 2-5 days after receipt of payment, but some items could take longer if we don’t have the item in stock. If for any circumstance there is a delay or a change in the product, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have a time-sensitive request, please email us at info@saraswansondesign.com, and we will do our best to work with your needs. All orders are shipped insured for the full value. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation from Google checkout. After the order has shipped you will receive a second email so you may track your package.

US Shipping Rates:
USPS First Class Mail (insured & delivery confirmation): $4.00 3 business days for most locations
UPS Ground: $10.00 5-7 business days
UPS 3-day air: $15.00 3 business days
UPS 2-day air: $20.00 2 business days

PAYMENT:

TAXES:
All orders that ship within PA will be charged a 7% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the UPS delivery date. Please email us at info@saraswansondesign.com prior to returning merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return form. Please fill out the return form and place it in the box with the items to be returned, and write the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. Return shipments will be refused without a Return Authorization Number.
Sara Swanson Design is not responsible for return merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you insure all shipments and use a traceable carrier. Please re-package each piece in the original packaging (including the flannel pouch), and pack it in the original box with at least 1″ padding inside. Don’t forget to include your return form with the merchandise. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. Custom orders are not returnable.

Once we receive the return item, we will credit the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment. If paid for by credit card, please allow ample time for the credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES:
Your returned item will be credited to your account (see above). Simply re-purchase a replacement item on the website.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All pieces are made by hand in our studio. Therefore, some pieces can be customized upon request (such as chain length, etc. ) Please contact us at info@saraswansondesign.com for pricing of custom orders. Custom orders cannot be returned.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Each piece is handcrafted and should be worn with care. We recommend keeping all jewelry pieces in the included brown anti-tarnish pouch. The pouch will keep your new handcrafted piece clean and help protect silver pieces from tarnishing. Keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals and apply perfumes before wearing jewelry. Natural gemstones may vary in shape, size and color and may have inclusions which add to their uniqueness and beauty. Be extremely careful when using cleaning agents around natural gemstones.
To clean: Use a soft toothbrush and soapy water. Recommended cleaners are Wright’s silver cream for polished sterling silver and Wright’s jewelry cleaner for gold items. Polishing cloths may be used on high polished pieces but will take away the finish on satin/brushed finished pieces. To clean satin/brushed pieces, gently rub baking soda toothpaste with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush, rinse with water and pat dry.
